I think t...Hey Uncle Chris! (This is Danielle, btw)
I think this is an awesome teaching and I believe that it is quite clear from Jesus's statement as well as what you pointed out about the Holy Spirit and Mary conceiving, that it is quite erroneous to believe that angels can procreate with humans. I was curious, though, about "the sons of God" thing. I can see from the lineage that God calls Adam the son of God, but in Job it also says "sons of God" which, I am assuming, is referring to angels.

"Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came among them." Job 1:13

"Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan also came among them to present himself before the LORD." Job 2:1

Though now that I reread it I notice these passages do not mention angels. I suppose then, we can say, that the saints who are dead are presenting themselves before God? Hmm, it is very interesting to think about this.

Are you going to do a blog post on your teachings about the misconceptions of Satan in Scripture?Danielle Pajakhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10678551471984388801noreply@blogger.com
